End-of-Life Journey

Death is one of life's most sacred passages. However, we often deny, ignore, or fear it. There is a lot of uncertainty and questions. No one needs to do this alone! Dr. Jen invites you to consider that the peace you have sought after has been with you all along. She is here to support you and your family through this sacred passage. Let her help you and your loved ones prepare. Ask her how!

Her Personal Experience with Death

Dr. Jen had heard about death doulas, but never thought it was a path for her until she experienced death within her own family. She did everything in her power to help them with dignity and advocate for their needs. This led her to train as an Advanced Care Facilitator with Respecting Choices bringing families together to discuss and understand the meaning of patient advocate forms and provide real life scenarios, so everyone is clear well before an event occurs. When our wishes are clear it can align family members, direct your care for health care professionals, and allow us to take advantage of services and programs to support a sacred end of life transition when appropriate. As an end of life OT/doula, She can meet with families well in advance, review the meaning of patient advocate forms, share them with health care providers and family members and support them through this process.

Intuitive Life Coaching

Dr. Jen began her own spiritual and wellness journey and began to rely on her intuition for guidance. It is the part of us that no one talks about or teaches. As she deepened her practice, she was able to connect with authentic self, see the world more clearly, and began to manifest the life she desired. This brought her to you!

Whether you are transitioning from the loss of a loved one or desire to deepen your own practice, Dr. Jen can support you on your journey.
