The Marketing Shop was started by Vicky Winkler, in 2003. After spending her career working in marketing - in the auto industry, in the Peace Corps in Nicaragua, then for a non-profit, she decided to venture out on her own.  She started out as a one-woman show doing it all, and have now expanded to four more graphic designers, an office manager, and lots more clients! We have a great team, and all really enjoy what we do. The Marketing Shop provides expert graphic design, branding, and printing. There are two divisions of our company – The Marketing Shop providing graphic design and print materials, and Stillwater Branding & Design, focused on branding and rebranding. Vicky Winkler, Owner
Vicky has worked in the field of marketing for almost 30 years, except for a brief break in her career to serve in the Peace Corps in 1995 as a micro business consultant. Vicky worked for General Motors for 11 years and helped launch the Saturn vehicle. She worked for New Horizons Rehabilitation Services for five years, in the role as their Director of Marketing. Vicky received her Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management from Kettering University and her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Oakland University. Vicky is also an adjunct professor of Marketing at Macomb Community College.
